I'm very happy with this product. I got it for my design studio which is about 350 sf above my garage. It is the hottest room in the house and to get it cool enough for comfort using the house AC results in the rest of the house being too cold, not to mention the electricity cost.This is the perfect solution. Yesterday afternoon I started it up when the temperature/humidity was 79 degrees/75% RH. Within 30 minutes the unit had dropped the temperature to 75 degrees/68 RH; from hot and muggy to comfortable in 30 minutes. Meanwhile the house AC didn't start up for another two hours.It was easy to set up. The window mount for the exhaust fit well.
