This cover was easy to put on, seems durable and water resistant. I did however find it to be quite big for a standard 9" to 15 " deep twin mattress. I can actually put the box spring in to cover with mattress. the depth is to big, the width is fine and the length is a bit to long. I will use it as is because I do not have the time to mess with returning. Manufacturer needs to modify the dimensions to have the cover fit more appropriate for a standard and/or ex long twin mattress. dimension for the depth measured at 24" not 15" and the length of cover was 80" not 75" as claimed on the packaging. Needs to be improved. The picture of the cover on the bed is over both mattress and box spring. Total depth of cover is 24" , bed and box spring measured at 20" and as you can see there is still plenty of excess room in the covering.
