This has been the worst experience I have had with a product purchased from Amazon in my over 15 years being a customer. Firstly, this is not a mattress. It is an extraordinarily hard piece of very smelly foam. I have bought 5 firm foam mattresses in the past and this thing does not come close to resembling them. We let it air out and decompress for 5 days. Hard as a rock. Contacted the company. They suggested we "jump on it" Mind you it is in our RV so we obviously did not. We did add a 2 inch gel topper and pillow top topper. I would still rather sleep on the floor. It was painful to try and lay on it. Contacted company again. Went back and forth numerous times through amazon's a-z program and got nowhere, even though it was not at all as described. They said we had to send it back. Spent $50 on supplies including a mattress vacuum seal back and packing materials to try and ship this monster back. Spent hours trying to compress it and get into a box. Brought it to a shipping facility. It is over $600 to ship it! Contacted Amazon and the company again. Still all they say is to ship back. This company knows that isn't possible. They are just trying to get as many people fooled as possible. Do not be like us! Don't do it! In addition to the deplorable actions of this company I am extremely disappointed in Amazon for their not protecting a very loyal customer, and allowing 3rd party sellers to take advantage of people.
