The actual dimensions for this replacement filter are 15.75 inches tall, 24.25 inches wide, and 4.87 inches deep. Not all filters are created equal. Was a bit disappointed that these didn't slide right into the slot like the original ones that came with the purchase of my HVAC unit, but it does have an airflow indicator arrow, make sure you know which way the airflow is going, and it does collect any dust in the air. I bought the filter that filters up to 11 microns, that's middle of the road and for my unit 8 micron filter is acceptable. I just wanted to see if the quality of air was any better with the increase of microns. But works as it's supposed to.Good filters. Will purchase again.Works well. HVAC unit calls out 25x16x5 and it looks like the standard is 1/2” under nominal size. These measure 24.19” x 15.75 x 4.88Arrived quickly, easy to install- had been raining on delivery day so box was wet and product slightly warped from moisture since it’s cardboard.These came well packed and are a perfect fit for our HVAC unit. The foam gaskets are key to a nice tight fit, the other brands didn't have this (though I suppose you could buy some foam tape in a pinch). This brand is what the system came installed with by our HVAC contractor so I trust the quality and performance. Stepped down from a MERV 13 to 11 so we could add a sheet of carbon pre-filter material upstream.Fits perfect. Thank you.
