The set that I received was not as pictured or listed. The mattress tag said it was made in New Jersey. The material has a completely different pattern than in the pics. And this is a very firm mattress, even with the pillow top. Pillow top is not like a down pillow top for sure, but is just enough to give some relief to the very, very firm mattress. The box spring does not have the number of cross boards that the pictures shows and some of the seams/stitches were loose on the box spring in a couple places. The box spring material doesn't match the mattress as one would think it should. It sleeps ok, but if your looking for a real "medium" firmness, this is more like a firm with a little bit of padding on the top. Was disappointed that this wasn't made in NYC. Next time I will get one locally. Live and learn.I find the mattress to be very comfortable. The mattress has the right combination of a firm foundation but soft on top. The delivery was on time. The packaging was heavy duty so mattress was in perfect condition on arrival. I would buy the mattress again.Double pillow tops are hard to find, and some mattress store salespeople will lie and say they don't make them anymore. Obviously, they do still make them. I like double pillow tops because you can flip them, and they last longer. Just use a solid base, or box spring so you don't ruin the other side of the pillow top.I suffered from.back pain because of the "19" and working long hours. I bought this bed because I needed one other one was 10 years old. It relived my back pain and it was the best night sleep I got because it's very comfortable. You get the sinking feeling without actually sinking into the bed.I have had this mattress for just over 4 months and what a change! I had a standard Sealy mattress that didn't last 2 years before it started sinking where I slept, even with turning. I wanted a mattress that I could turn and flip (generally hard to find) and this fit what I wanted. Pillow top was a difference too. I checked for other mattresses online before choosing this one. So far I've turned and flipped it and the feel remains the same.This is our worse mattress ive ever had. It’s suppose to be a pillow top, but I’m only feeling a hollow bed and springs! This bed isn’t padded and very uncomfortable!A good buy and most comfortable bed and worth the wait during these pandemic times.We ordered a medium firmness. This mattress is hard as a rock. It's was too firm. We only hope that it will soften in time.
