We had a great experience with our little one in the past, we are confident that this one will works as good as the first one. Quality and finish is really good.Overall I think this mattress has been wonderful. My baby has been sleeping through the night since he was 11 weeks old, so this mattress is definitely comfortable for him. My only concern, and the reason for the drop of one star, is that even at 15 weeks old and only have been sleeping on this mattress for 9 weeks, there is already a divet in the middle of the mattress where he sleeps. This is concerning, since in the beginning he was swaddled and it could have caused him to roll if we layed him anywhere but center in the divet, tried it. So to combat this, we just continue to lay him in that spot. The other issue that I have come across, the reason for the loss of the second star, is that length wise, the mattress is almost perfect, but the mattress isn't wide enough and has a huge gap. Now that my baby is at the age that he is going to start rolling, I want to ensure that we have a mattress that is safe and fits the way it is supposed to without the gaps.Love the dual purpose for crib and bed, and fantastic water resistance in covering.Only issue was I had to pick up at post office since they don't deliver large packages. USPS rep said Amazon isn't suppose to use them for larger packages. Not sellers fault, Amazon fsultMy 3 year old is a stomach sleeper, so he still needs a very firm mattress so his back won't over bend. I needed a new one for him and tried the Sealy posture haven. We actually use the firmer infant side, based on him laying briefly on both sides. So far so good!The mattress seems nice but the static electricity from it is so high it’s been waking up my baby at night. Since we started using this mattress I thought my LO was just not sleeping well/teething. It’s been 3 months of using it (of course the return window closed 3 days ago). Last night when I went into the nursery (in the dark), I ran my hand along the sheet to find a pacifier and realized it was showing streaks from the static electricity. In the past I had noticed on the camera my baby repeatedly rubbing the sheets but didn’t know why. Apparently he’s been seeing this the whole time but I never did. It does it if you rub your hand on just the mattress (either side) or even with a mattress protector and/or sheet on it. I’m not having to buy a new mattress so my LO can sleep at night.I couldn’t feel the difference between the two sides, though they are labeled. In the end, it’s way too soft for an infant mattress. You could see the mattress depress and my baby slide to the side when placed on it because it’s so soft. She doesn’t seem to be able to roll over to get out of the corner because she’s then pocketed at the side of the crib. I saw a lot of people on another site review this mattress and say the same thing, and every time the manufacturer would just reply that it’s “one of the firmest you can get,” but that’s just simply not true. I feel bad returning something so large, but this is unusable for a baby.We returned this immediately because both sides were soft. I couldn't imagine a newborn sleeping on this mattress.Comfortable & Easy to clean!
